The idea about Phuket Crew Service started many years ago.

When me and my family first come to Thailand, and we were in the process to build our restaurant then I realize the reality beyond all the “land of smile” and “Thai-friendly”. The lack of peace, quality and the moral of the worker is not as back home in Europe.

Our dream started to experience Cheating, hassle, and people take money and run away, the list can be longer, but if you have been here for a while, I guess you already know what we learned the hard way.

Let’s take a Pest control company as an example. You found one, you thought they were good, but later on you realize they overcharge a lot for simple basic treatments.

I did realize that early, so I change to a Farang-based company in Rawai that charged half the price and made a very good job. But unfortunately, he doesn’t accept more customer now.

Then I reflect how exposed people can get to hassles and cheating and the more I think about it, the more determined I got about see my option how I can be involved and influence the jargon. To do something about it.

Also, with bad English there can be many miscommunications, and unfortunately that could be enough to make a bad review on the company. (Yes, we experienced that with our restaurant)

So, after I went from thinking about what to do, take it to the next level and start planning to open “Phuket Crew Service”, the first thing and the most vital was to find someone that can speak many languages. I knew that would break so many barriers and make this more easy for everyone.

After a while I found Sophie, with skills in Thai, Myanmar, Russia, Arabic, French and of course English. She is now our Manager at Phuket Crew Service.

Next obstacle I wanted to see how I can break down and make better was the fact that most of the times, you may need a Thai person to find different craftsmen on different areas and even there, they mostly have the mindset of “commission for recommendation.”

Our concept is easy to understand. We are one company that can do everything.

We don’t judge people; our staff are equal, and we are embracing the concept of teamwork.

And we will help you with whatever you need even if we don’t have it in our company then we can recommend / outsource it and you will get a fair price.

We keep pushing hard on Honesty, safety, integrity, and all that leads to a high quality of services.

Our third core value is our experience. Our staff have many years of experience on their specific work area and have been in the business for long time. And while we are on the honest path here, some of our workers have come from their own business and start to work with us because is less hustle at our company. This is something we value.
